We, Vakkal Impex Pvt. Ltd. are manufacturer and supplier of Aluminium Sheets & Coils, Aluminium Foils, Aluminium Extrusion and Aluminium Extruded Tue. Vakkal Group comprises of its two sisters companies, namely M/s Vakkal Impex Pvt. Ltd. & M/s Vakkal Power Corporation Ltd, having its head office headquartered in Bangalore.
Mr. V H Shafi Kur Rehman (M.D) manages this company. In the early stage, Vakkal Impex Pvt. Ltd was incepted as an export oriented scrap re-cycling unit. Now it has established itself as a well-reputed manufacturer and supplier of aluminium alloy ingots & aluminium extrusions.
Our company also manufactures Aluminium & Zinc alloy’s ingot and Aluminium extrusions in India with an installed annual capacity of 5400 MT of Aluminium alloy & 1800 MT of aluminium extrusions. We, Vakkal Impex Pvt. Ltd, are recognized as a reliable manufacturer and supplier of Automotive Furniture, Hardware & Houseware sectors. Presently, the installation of 900 MT aluminium Extrusion press (SIDDHART make) is on progress.
Infrastructure
We never compromise with infrastructure, as it is an integral part of all types of industries to manufacture and supply best products. We have set-up of a full phases die correction room is going on. In near future, we are going to set up our own Tool Room for manufacturing of aluminium extrusion dies. Our company is backed with all the testing equipments like UTS machine, Vickers cum brinell hardness tester, Rockwell hardness tester, Ultrasonic Flaw detector, Conductivity meter to ensure quality products. We have a team of highly qualified and experienced engineers who make all possible efforts to manufacture excellent quality of products. We have hired only those professionals who easily operate and handle modern machines and have zest to come-up with innovative ideas.
Quality Policy
The long experience gained by our managing director, has made us more capable as compared to others in selecting reliable input material on reasonable price from world wide non-ferrous metal scrap sources. All the ferrous & non-ferrous scraps are imported from overseas countries like USA, Australia, Netherlands & from the Middle East countries like Saudi Arabia. This ensured stock efficiency and reduced production cost.
The installation of 3MT reverberatory, tilting type-melting furnace (innotech make) is under process for our remelt shop. The Hot-Top casting facility will enables us to fabricate best quality logs of 5” dial in 1xxx to 6xxx series of aluminium alloys.
VIPL will be able to produce 1800 MT of extrusions per annum in soft & medium strength alloys by the PLC controlled 900MT extrusion press. VIPL will produce architectural, consumer durables, bus bars & etc as per IS & customer standards.
